At Belle Amour, we believe every celebration deserves its own identity. We don't repeat designs or create identical setups for every client. Each experience is thoughtfully personalized, with special attention to the details that make it truly unique.
We design marriage proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, romantic dinners, luxury picnics, and other special celebrations, from intimate gatherings to larger events.
Absolutely! Personalization is at the heart of everything we do. We work with you to select colors, flowers, décor, themes, and special details that reflect your personal style and the experience you envision.
No. Each package offers different features and can be enhanced with additional services or decorative elements. We'll help you find the option that best suits your celebration.
We don't provide food directly. However, we collaborate with private chefs and catering companies whose services can be added to your experience for an additional cost. You're also welcome to bring your own food and beverages, subject to location regulations.
We provide services throughout Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas in South Florida. Additional transportation and logistical fees may apply depending on the location.
Of course! We can create experiences at beaches, gardens, private residences, and other suitable venues. Before confirming, we'll review the location's regulations and any necessary permits.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. We don't accept bookings with less than 48 hours' notice. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and additional fees.
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If conditions prevent us from setting up safely, we'll discuss rescheduling options according to our policies. Once the setup is completed, cancellations or refunds due to weather conditions are not available.
Yes! Our team takes care of preparing every detail before your arrival and removing all decorations afterward. We want you to focus entirely on enjoying your special moment.
Absolutely! We offer additional services such as professional photography, videography, drone footage, violinists, saxophonists, and other special entertainment options, subject to availability and additional fees.
We love receiving inspiration photos! However, we don't create exact replicas. Instead, we use your references to develop an exclusive design tailored to your preferences, with Belle Amour's signature creative touch.
Of course! In addition to our intimate experiences, we design celebrations for groups of more than 8 guests. From birthdays and bridal showers to baby showers and other special occasions, we customize every detail based on your guest count and event style.
Yes! We work with fresh flowers to bring natural beauty, elegance, and freshness to our designs. However, we may also incorporate high-quality artificial flowers into certain setups, depending on the design concept, decorative style, and specific needs of each event.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Date changes are subject to availability and our rescheduling policies. Deposits are non-refundable.
Yes! We can create customized decoration arrangements without requiring a complete picnic experience. Share your vision with us, and we'll explore the available options.
Depending on your celebration, additional fees may apply for transportation, permits, extra guests, extended hours, or optional services. All applicable costs will be clearly outlined in your quote.
